If you know Kate and Annie, you know they are hat fanatics. Usually worn to stave off the suns rays, but often to express their style of the moment. Over the years, they have assembled a legit collection. So when it came to a hat collaboration, Freya was a no brainer as the hats are often in their rotation.
Freya is 100% woman-owned and operated. Their hats are woven by women who have learned the art from their mothers and grandmothers. As is also often the case with mahjong, it is a skill that is passed down from one generation to the next. Freya stands for sustainability, sun protection and the growth gained from the voyage. We love what they stand for. And we dig their hats.
We worked together to design three badges that utilize the original artwork from The Mahjong Line’s tile designs, namely, the Lucky Line, the Ocean Line, and the Mountain Line. They are perfect for your next adventure to a far flung locale- go seek out new experiences and Grow. That. Brain.
