Returns Guidelines for The Mahjong Line

At The Mahjong Line, we are committed to customer satisfaction. If you find our products defective in any way, or if you’re disappointed with the purchase, please follow the guidelines below and contact us at connect@themahjongline.com.

Full refund:

• Full-price merchandise purchased online can be shipped back within 14 days from the date of receipt to receive a full refund, excluding any shipping fees. We will extend the return period for two weeks after the Christmas holiday. 
• All items must be returned in the condition in which they were received, 100% complete and in original packaging.
• Any items shrink-wrapped must be returned sealed and unopened for a full refund.
• Exchanges are not supported at this time. Please return original order for a refund and create a new order for the replacement.
• Return shipping costs will be paid for by the purchaser. Return shipping costs will be refunded if the return is a result of a defective item or an error on our part.
• Please include the order number and reason for return. 
• Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to you.

Partial refund/restocking fee:

• If shrink wrap has been broken on a set of tiles, 160 total tiles must be returned inside the tile bag provided.
• If the set is complete upon return but out of shrink-wrap, a 15% restocking fee will be assessed at the time of the refund.

Once we have received your item, we will issue a refund within 2 business days. Credit will be applied to the form of payment used for the original purchase. 

The Big Card by The Mahjong Line 

All sales of The Big Card are final. Due to the nature of the product, we do not accept returns or offer refunds.

If your Big Card order arrives damaged, contact us at tbc@themahjongline.com within 14 days of delivery so we can address the problem promptly. After 14 days, we are unable to offer replacements or adjustments.
