HiNOTE and The Mahjong Line are both about providing a unique and meaningful way for individuals to connect – while having witty, spirited and colorful conversations at your fingertips. HiNOTE, the new app, is making stationery better, cooler and mobile — introducing everyday communication tools for our community to gather friends to belly up to the game table for some mahjong and tomfoolery. As you know, TML loves big beautiful brains. Alexis Traina comes from a long line of entrepreneurs and female change agents. She discovered her passion for design and communication at the age of 12, working at a paper merchant —  at the letterpress. Thereafter, she found a niche for herself as a modern female voice and innovator in the male-centric wine world, working in her family's wine business.It was during Covid that her idea for HiNOTE sparked. As we were all tethered to our mobile phones 24/7 - connecting and communicating in blue and gray text bubbles, emojis, bitmojis, memes and gifs…Alexis knew we deserved better. She wanted to communicate basic things right from her phone in her own vibe, voice and tone.  She created her own solution that was better, cooler, mobile — and thus, HiNOTE. Bravo to Alexis.
