Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST will be processed the following day. Orders placed after 12:00 pm CST on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday will be processed on Monday. Excludes preorders and custom/personalized orders. Keep in mind transit time is calculated in business days. 

We are happy to offer free shipping via UPS Ground in the U.S. for orders over $150; however, we do not ship on weekends or U.S. holidays. Please expect up to a week to receive your order. 

Personalized items are shipped together with any non-personalized items. We hold the shipment of the complete order until the personalized item is finished. Please allow up to four weeks for your order to ship. If you would like to pay for shipping to receive the other items in your order sooner, please contact us and we will send a shipping invoice.

We offer limited international shipping at this time. Please note ALL customs duties are to be paid by the purchaser. This amount is generated directly via UPS and has to be paid to UPS before being released out of customs.
