Mocha Mahj was founded by three friends in Houston—women of color, wives, and mothers—who wanted to create a space where the timeless game of mahjong could be accessible, inclusive, and fun for everyone. We believe in the power of hobbies that challenge the mind and nourish the soul. At Mocha Mahj, it’s not just about the tiles—it’s about building community, honoring culture, and having a great time while doing it. While we're based in Houston, Texas we're happy to travel to spread our love for the game!
