After a career in fashion, (retail with Neiman Marcus), wholesale with many illustrious lines and a 25 year wardrobe consulting business, I now spend my time running a women's led political network for the US/Israel relationship, play lots of pickleball, remodel homes and teach mahjongg. My husband and I toggle between our homes in Santa Barbara and Los Angeles where our 2 adult sons live. My dear friend, Andy taught me this fabulous game when she became ill so we'd have a weekly connection to each other. I used to say, that mahjongg is just a backdrop to female friendships, however, now that I am teaching more men, including my husband and others, non binary included, I say mahjongg is the catalyst for all human connection.
